Banks usually closed at 5pm, and other currency exchange shops (i.e. TRAVELEX, DAIKOKUYA) close at 7pm. However, our service is available for 24 hours, so you can order whenever and wherever. Also if you order by 3pm during the weekdays, your order will be sent out on the same day you ordered. The orders after 3pm will be sent on the next business day. You can also order during holidays and your order will be sent out the next business day.
*Please be aware that it may take 2-3 days to send out if we do not have enough of a particular currency in stock.
